Q. Can my present employer see my resume?:

A. Providing you selected the privacy option; "Do not release my contact information or resume at this time. DesignerMax.com to e-mail me information on all potential jobs". it is unlikely your present employer will know you are in the DesignerMax.com database. When you Select this option, only DesignerMax.com will contact you about potential jobs. Your contact information remains confidential. It is possible that your present employer may unknowingly make you a job offer through DesignerMax.com since all contact is "blind". So long as you do not respond to the request, your confidentiality will be maintained. When responding to job offers through DesignerMax.com, be aware that your present employer may be listed under another name such as a parent corporation or another subsidiary. "Safety in numbers" As this site grows the chances of your present employer singling you out will be small.

Q. I don't see any ads posted for my skills?:

A. Broaden your search. If you simply go to the bottom of the page and select "Find Design Work Info." you will see all the posted ads. Most employer members have elected not to post ads to protect their identity and only want to surf the candidates. DesignerMax is a new site so check back often if you don't see an ad that fits your skills.

Q. When I cut and paste my resume I get an error?:

A. There is a limit to the size of resume DesignerMax will accept. In addition. Many word processors add hidden characters that corrupt the database. If you have problems with cutting and pasting your resume. Leave it out and email it to us at DesignerMax.com.

Q. I can't put my whole resume in the database?:
