DesignerMax.com has been created by design
professionals, for design professionals. The success of this
site depends on our members and we are committed to providing
a secure site for them. DesignerMax.com will make every reasonable
effort to ensure that sensitive member information is not released
to those who should not have it. Therefore minimizing annoying
phone calls and e-mail. Our web host uses an advanced firewall
system to guard against network invasion.
DesignerMax.com registration form asks
members for contact and resume information. The member is then
asked to select one of two Privacy Agreement options:
If a member selects "Release my
profile information or resume to all potential job offers".
DesignerMax.com will release all contact, profile and resume
information including phone numbers and e-mail address to all
potential job offers or any others who purchase it from DesignerMax.com.
If a member selects "Do not release
my contact information or resume at this time. DesignerMax.com
to e-mail me information on all potential jobs". DesignerMax.com
will not release contact or resume information to anyone unless
legally obligated. Only DesignerMax.com will contact the member
about potential job offers. It will be the responsibility of
the member to contact the potential job offer.
Removing Member Profile Information:
Members have the option to remove all profile,
resume, and contact information from the DesignerMax.com database.
The member will no longer receive any communications or services.
Editing or Modifying Member Profile Information:
Members have the option to change profile
information at any time. Members are encouraged to keep their
profile up to date as this will improve the accuracy of the statistics.
False Information:
DesignerMax.com reserves the right to delete,
without warning, member information which is false, misleading,
or illegal. If a member encounters such information contact DesignerMax.com.

Q. Can my present employer see my resume?:
A. Providing
you selected the privacy option; "Do not release my contact
information or resume at this time. DesignerMax.com to e-mail
me information on all potential jobs". it is unlikely
your present employer will know you are in the DesignerMax.com
database. When you Select this option, only DesignerMax.com will
contact you about potential jobs. Your contact information remains
confidential. It is possible that your present employer may unknowingly
make you a job offer through DesignerMax.com since all contact
is "blind". So long as you do not respond to the request,
your confidentiality will be maintained. When responding to job
offers through DesignerMax.com, be aware that your present employer
may be listed under another name such as a parent corporation
or another subsidiary. "Safety in numbers" As
this site grows the chances of your present employer singling
you out will be small.
